Your form is not collecting the visitor's name, just the cardholder name. That information is not stored; I believe it's just sent to Authorize.net. You need to modify the form to ask for a first and last name and maybe email address so that it is stored with your entry in case the donation does not go through.

Also, when submitting the form, the submission goes through as a normal form submission. It does not look like there is any integration with authorize.net or other payment gateway. I submitted with a fake credit card and got the confirmation message "Thanks for contacting us! We will get in touch with you shortly."

The form is here: https://mindfulvotes.org/donate/
We understand the cc# might not be stored, but the cardholder name?
keeping fingers crossed!

and no, when logging into wordpress back end, we're not seeing the name there either.

If you log in to your WordPress admin, is the name present in the form entry and just missing from the email notification?

The credit card number is not stored by Gravity Forms. It is only passed to Authorize.net.

Do you have a link to this form online somewhere so we can see what information is being collected? Thank you.

Moved to Authorize.net forum.

We had someone set up credit card processing using gravity forms apparently it was not set up correctly.
We are using gravity form to process donations. Though the credit card processing form captures cardholder name among other things, though our notification settings say "{all_fields}"

The notifications we are receiving have the last four numbers of the credit card, with the card holder name is masked.

As it happens the donations did not go through and we need to be able to contact our potential donors without even a name, & just the last 4 numbers of the cc# this isn't possible. I imagine that the database saves this info somewhere, but we simply aren't seeing it.

To be clear the information was never passed through to Authorizenet. We imagine that the information is in the database somewhere as it would have needed to be passed through to authorize net.
