			<description>&#60;p&#62;Chances are changing the URL corrupted the serialized meta values.  When you changed the domain, you changed the length of the string, so the meta values are now corrupt. &#60;p&#62;If possible, you can change the URL back, then export your forms, change the domain, then import the form in the new site.

I purchased GForms yesterday and set the initial site to &#60;a href=&#34;http://christianheritagefellowship.com&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://christianheritagefellowship.com&#60;/a&#62;.  However, though GForms worked last night, all it returns today is the shortcode in the post.  I have moved the plugin to a subdomain (&#60;a href=&#34;http://resources.christianheritagefellowship.com&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://resources.christianheritagefellowship.com&#60;/a&#62;) and have updated my account at your site to the same.  However, after reinstalling it at &#60;a href=&#34;http://resources&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://resources&#60;/a&#62;. christianheritagefellowship.com, it still will not work for me.  Your assistance in this matter is appreciated!&#60;br /&#62;
