			<description>&#60;p&#62;Everything was working great with the forms ... until I changed the name of the form in the Title property.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;As soon as I did that, notifications stopped being sent. They were fine before .... so it should have nothing to do with my host's mailer settings/SMTP.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I've already tried re-inserting the form of the page. notta.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If I rebuild the form, and don't change the name ... works fine. But my forms are four pages long with a zillion fields and I'm really dreading having to rebuild them.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Any guidance would be appreciated.&#60;/p&#62;
