There is something in your theme, most likely in functions.php, that is causing problems and creating a conflict. It's impacting Gravity Forms ability to save forms properly and it is also causing random 404 errors in your WordPress admin. There is a bug in the current release version of Gravity Forms regarding Post Categories. You can download an updated version of Gravity Forms on the Downloads page. You will want to download the Current Development Build on that page. It is v1.3.12.2 and is the 2nd download on that page. Download and install that version of Gravity Forms. It fixes the Post Category bug. We haven't released it via automatic upgrade yet as we are doing more development and it will be included in the next release. The problem is that GravityForms is only saving one item per group instead of all the checked ones.
