You will need to get to it via FTP most likely. It's coming from your theme's CSS folder. See this Screenshot

Do you have access to that wordpress.css file? If so, all you need to do is remove that CSS snippet I point to in the screenshot.

Hi Rob,

I have followed the step to determine that it is the theme conflicting the form. In this case, any ways to resolve this?

It looks like your theme or a plugin is using some kind of JS to inject something onto your checkbox fields called .rokchecks

Screenshot

It could be this guy: Screenshot

You can check for theme/plugin conflicts by following the instructions here:
http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

Worked for me using Chrome 19 on Windows 7, but there is no CAPTCHA on the page. And I am unclear which checkbox is misaligned. I only see one next to the login button. Can you post a screenshot of the misalignment you're talking about? And let us know which browser you're seeing the problem in. Thanks.
