(each row of the table is essentially an advertisement for a different company. inquiries go directly to the companies).</p> <p>However, I haven't been able to get this function to work.</p> <p>Can Gravity Forms do the job?</p> <p>Note that it is entirely possible that a form user will check two or more boxes.</p> <p>Also note that this form uses extensive queries and scripts which use dynamic data to populate the HTML form cells.</p> <p>Thanks </p>
