Probably some clash with another plugin then.</p> <p>BUT, even with all other plugins disabled, the category field in the form ***still does not save the category selection correctly***. If I switch off placeholder than they are able to post with just the first category listed on the menu (without actually selecting it)</p> <p>2) If I use the radio button method, users are correctly forced to choose a category but unfortunately the result is placed in the wrong category (actually into the default root category). And then the category data seems to be wiped out, reverting to "Uncategorized"<br /> (and yes, I checked that I don't have the field set to "Admin Only")<br /> How can I fix this?</p> <p>This functionality is critical to what I'm using Gravity Forms for. Without it, I'll have to try another way of submitting user posts<br /> thanks! </p>
