&#60;p&#62;This has worked awesome for my needs of scoring an application form that has some test questions on it (thanks Chris!), but the client has now requested some additional test questions that allow for multiple selections of checkboxes (or, is there a way to allow for multiple selections of a radio button within Gravity Forms?). With that said, is there a way to score the form fields if they are not a radio button, but have values?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Also, is there a way to display the Label in the admin entry instead or along with the Value? Right now the label is shown in the email alert to the admin, but the entry itself within the WordPress Admin only displays the value.
