I have fixed the problem i believe...seems as though ie did not like my messy css...i have since abandoned the fixed background attachment and went with just a normal grey color instead.

Sorry for wasting your time with this! but i really appreciate the help!

The error log would not show it, just the access log. We just want to look for patterns in the user-agent (browser) to see if it's always one brand of browser that has a problem.

The background image at the footer is certainly causing a problem. I used IE9 on Windows 7:
http://minus.com/lwY7LhBHRa7Hg

You can use the W3C validator to check CSS or HTML validity if you need to:
http://jigsaw.w3.org/

i think i have found the root of my problem, it is not related to gravity forms at all. Seems as though the css for my background is screwing up and alowing nothing to be seen below the fold on older versions of ie. which is not allowing my cleints to see the whole screen

i will get this fixed and keep you posted...almost positive this is it

I went into my cpanel and looked at the error logs...is this the same thing?

In error logs i only found one error from last month and the problem was not gravity forms related

the client did indeed tell me he was using windows 7 ie 9

how would i go about checking the server access logs?

After you received that report, did you check the server access logs to see the information about the user agent? The form has worked fine for both of us, so maybe there is something browser-specific which is failing.

Ok just got another client saying a similar problem

"I would like to complete the online app, but it doesn't seem to allow me to enter all the values with no place to go further. "

No changes on the form have been made since...suggestions? I have noticed a large amount of people only completing step 1 of my form and not step 2...this is not the norm, usually 75% would complete step 2, but lately only about 15-25%...so something is definitely wrong
