Our school has clubs that meet during school hours every few weeks. There are two "rotations," so each student has two clubs. I am trying to develop a system for online club registration and I need to know if and, if so, how, your product could be used for this purpose.

Each student must have a unique ID and password to be assigned by the counselors.

The system will need to keep track of how many students have registered for each club and cut off registration for the clubs as they fill. Clubs that are full should display in gray to indicate that no more seats are available.

Is Gravity the right tool?
