			<description>&#60;p&#62;it looks like you should be able to recreate that form with Gravity Forms. Of course, you'll need to do some custom layout work, etc. But I don't see anything there that hasn't been done with GF before.&#60;/p&#62;

I'd like to replicate it with Gravity. Code view woulda probably expedited the process.&#60;/p&#62;
