Put a check in Allow Populate Dynamically. It will ask for a variable name, and just give it one from your query string, for example answer1. Now, the webmaster gets 2 emails, one that someone filled in the form and one that someone filled in some personal info. But what I actually want is that when someone did the the test (all 10 questions) they see the results, but when they fill in the second form the results are send with it so the webmaster get the results and the personal information in one email.
