It's not built in, but there are hooks to allow you to do it. The entry is stored in the WordPress admin whether or not you choose to send the notification.</p> <p>If you want to send email notifications, yes, you need to set up those email addresses. So we're changing our look and I'm looking at ways to make entering competitions easier on our site.</p> <p>At the moment we set up email addresses individually for each competition but due to the amount of competitions we have on the site at the moment, that's becoming a real chore.</p> <p>With Gravity Forms do we still have to set up the email addresses or are all the responses managed within wordpress? I'm not completely sure how it all works going off the front page, not for what I would potentially be using it for :) </p>
