Gravity Forms does have a feature to limit the number of entries a form receives, however it's based on the number of entries. There is no easy way to reset them to zero because you would have to delete the entries. The entry limit functionality is tied to how many entries (form submissions) have been received, so if you set it to 10 and receive 10 entries the only way to reset it is to delete those 10 entries. So it's probably not ideal for what you want to do.

Hi there,

I'm interested in purchasing your developers license, and just want to check if this is the right WordPress plugin for the job.

I'm creating a website for a personal training franchise. The website will have timetables for each franchise location showing the time and type of class etc, and a 'Join' button for each class. Each class can take a maximum of 12 members, so once the form for each class reaches 12 registrations, members can no longer join and are shown a message to that effect, e.g. this class is now full, how about xx class instead?

I'm pretty sure your form will allow me to do this, and please confirm or deny this, however I also want to know whether there's an easy way for the administrator to reset the forms to zero every Sunday night. Otherwise the administrator will need to manually reset hundreds of classes.....

Thanks in advance!
Mel Archer
