Currently conditional logic only checks the value of a drop down, radio button or checkbox and only checks to see if it equals or is not equal to a specific value you select. So what you want to do isn't currently possible. We do plan on implementing less than/greater than type functionality but currently there aren't any plans for conditional logic to work off of non selection fields. A selection is what triggers the conditional logic, which is why it only works on drop downs/radio buttons/checkbox fields.

(I'm pretty sure the answer is, "no...at least not easily)

....but...is there anyway to use conditional logic that checks the value of another field (a number field for instance rather than a drop down) for a greater than, less than, or equal to validation to determine if a field is shown?

For instance, if a field is left blank, then I don't want to show a second field, but when any value is entered in a field, I'd like the second field to become visible.
