Is there any way to accomplish what I'm trying to do then? Essentially, I just want to make sure that the right price pulls in based on the date of the program they select. Do you have another way to do that, even if it means creating another question on the form for users to fill out?

I thought about having them select the airport first. Is there any way that you can see going about it that way that would fix the problem?

Thanks for you help.

It's not a bug but a limitation in how the conditional logic works. The issue is that the values for your choices are sometimes the same. For example, the prices for several flights were 1049, so when I picked one date with a price of 1049 (option value of 1049) and the conditional logic was saved, the conditional logic label which is displayed had changed to the last one of the same price (label.)

The values need to be unique to be able to use conditional logic like this. You can test it by changing the values in the drop down to something unique for every one, then when you save you airport selector, the label is as expected. You can also test by having just two or three with the same option value, and the last one of that value will be the one stored in your conditional logic (i.e. if you had three flights which are $1050, and you choose #2 for your conditional logic, it will always save and show #3, since the values are all the same.)

I apologize for not responding more quickly. I hadn't received notification of your response. The form XML has been emailed to you. The fields in question contain airport codes and are about halfway down the form fields. You'll see Akron/Canton as the first airport in the dropdown.

Can you export that form please (Forms > Import/Export > then the top center menu item "Export Forms") and email me the XML file at chris@rocketgenius.com - I'd like to install it and see how it responds for me.

Yes - it only applies when editing the form. For the dates that I'm allowed to apply the conditional logic to, it works great on the front end.

Does this issue occur only when editing the form, where you are not able to modify the conditional logic as expected?

I'm running into a bug on this form http://americancivicscenter.com/wp/request-a-planning-kit/. I'm adding a flight price matrix so that someone can get a calculated total cost of the student trip including estimated flight costs.

I've created some conditional logic that shows the right flight price based on the program date they select. However, when I'm trying to setup the conditional logic of the flight price question, some of the drop down options I select change automatically when I close the form, update the form, or try to add another conditional logic piece.

For example: I can create the conditional logic that says - if they say they're interested in high school programs, and would like to attend the december 7, 2013 program, then show them the question. However, if I use the same conditional logic and try to select the november 9, 2013 program to attend, it changes the program date in the conditional logic area when I save/close/add another logic piece.

Is this a known bug? How can I fix this issue? I've tried using plain drop downs and price drop downs with options. Both methods end up causing the same error.

Thanks,

-Jason
