Yes, you can use a Single Text field as your address fields instead. You would then use a Drop down field for the Country field and then show/hide the State field based on the Country selection using Conditional Logic.

As for how to do that, i'm not 100% sure what information you need. You would edit or create a new form and add the appropriate fields using the Form Editor.

Thanks for the reply, Carl. So using the Address field is out of the question, which is okay. I can, however, use single text fields as city, state and then province/country. Is that correct? If so, where can I find out how to do that?

Thanks.

The address field doesn't support this. It's either a country specific field or an international field with the international field being generic because some countries have state/regions and others don't.

Conditional logic isn't applied like that. It is only used to show or hide an entire field, not sub-fields of a field like the Address Field.

I didn't find a posting on this in the forum, I may have missed it.

I'm trying to find out how I can use conditional logic to make certain fields disappear or be non-selectable based on input of a previous field.

Specifically, I'm building a form with Country, State/Province and City Fields. If someone selects a non-US country, I'd like to disable the state field.

How can I accomplish this? Is there documentation on how to use conditional logic?
