After searching &amp; reading through the forum for similar issues, I believe it's a problem with the jQuery. I've turned the plugins &amp; theme on/off and they don't effect the forms one way or another. Can you help? I'm not a coder, but when I look at the source code of the page it appears that there are multiple references to jQuery. It looks like a mess!
