I had the same trouble. Disabling all plaugins (except GF) didn't help, neither did the theme.

I did find however that a single conditional worked fine whilst a second one, relying on the same trigger, broke it - only in Safari.

Thanks for your reply, Chris. I have now tested for theme and/or plugin conflicts by following the steps on the link you provided. However, the Safari problem persists. If this is instead a configuration problem, any ideas on how to begin troubleshooting? Thanks.

Any time conditional logic fails to work, it's either a configuration error or a JavaScript/jQuery error. Since the configuration here seems pretty simple, my guess is that it will be a JavaScript or jQuery error. You can begin by testing for theme and plugin conflicts by following these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing

I did not see any obvious jQuery errors on the page, but by removing plugins or theme conflicts, you should be able to narrow it down. My guess is that it's a plugin conflict with another plugin which uses jQuery. You have several of them.

The issue comes up in some browsers and not all browsers because of the way each browser handles JavaScript and JavaScript errors.

Hi, I seem to have a problem with the conditional logic part of my form. It works perfectly on Chrome and Firefox but not Safari. Have a look at Part 4 at the end of the form. When selecting 'yes' other options should appear. Any ideas?

I am using wordpress 3.4.2 and Gravity forms v 1.6.9

Thanks!
