There isn't a built-in way to do this with Gravity Forms. You would need to create custom AJAX to be able to pull this information from somewhere (stored in a database table?)

Hi,

I have a advanced form with a lot of information that the customers needs to fill out. To make it easier for the customer I want to add a field that says "Customer number", and when a customer add his number the fields "name", "phone", "e-mail", "address" etc automatically gets filled out with the info I have defined. Now I am using Conditional Logic and I have over 20 fields with "name", "phone" etc with a default value for each customer. It is difficult to have control.

The best solution for me would have been:
Instead of "SHOW" or "HIDE" this field if all of the following match...
There should be "FILL" this field with "BLABLA" if all of the following match...

Is there a way to accomplish this?
This should be an option :-)

Thanks a lot!
