Oh good grief, I feel so dumb.
If Not A Member is the first choice, then yes, the zip code field will always show! I just added an entry Select One and then the conditional fields only show up when you select Not A Member, the next choice in that list

Thank you so much!

Hm, I tested again and by default the "Not a Member" option is selected and so by default the zipcode and text directly above it are displayed. If I select any other option from the drop down, the zipcode and text directly above it are hidden.

What browser (and browser version) are you able to recreate this issue in?

Yes, I still see it. The zip code field should not appear unless the visitor chooses Not a Member in the dropdown above.

Hi Julie, I just check both forms and it appears that the conditional logic is working as described. I checked in IE8, Firefox, and Chrome. Are you still able to recreate this issue?

Hi, Sorry, I ddn't realize you had responded:

Here is the one that works:
https://mybank2go.com/loan-application/

Here's one that doesn't:
http://mybank2go.com/uncategorized/event-page-template/
The last two sections: text and zip code should build if the visitor is Not a member of a credit union

Hello, I have a loan app that is working well with the conditional logic. I have another form for Event Registration that shows all of the fields even though some are intended to use conditional logic, only showing if a certain condition exists. Need help! Thanks, Julie
