It seems there is always a way to accomplish things in WordPress and Gravity Forms. If you would like support on this issue, please open a new topic in the regular support forums.

http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/forum/gravity-forms#postform

We don't provide actual support in the Pre-purchase forum.

Is there a way to hack it, code it, extend it or any way of creating this type of functionality? I'm going nuts trying to find a solution for just this kind of thing.

Ideally, I would like to send a confirmation email with link, with perhaps their entry id as a query string, and have some way of using that to create some kind, any kind, of confirmation.

Maybe a different approach altogether. Any suggestions?

Hey there,

I mean, similar to how you would click a link in an email to verify your email address when signing up for a newsletter. Would GF be able to do this?

Yes, Gravity Forms can do this. Notification emails are included. I'm not sure what the confirmation link will do, or how that means they confirmed their reservation, but you can include the link in the email.

Hey there,

I would like to use Gravity Forms to set up a form which will allow visitors to make a reservation for an event. After submitting the form they would receive a notification email. But here's where I'm not sure if GF supports this: would it be possible for this notification email to contain a confirmation link that visitors would then click to confirm their reservation?

Any help greatly appreciated!
