Thanks, I have enable AJAX and now it works. Is there a way to give a confirmation on the form before it closes. So the person knows the form went through ok?

Do you have AJAX enabled on the form placement?

Great idea, thanks! I have another question. I put my form in a widget as a fancybox lightbox. It seems to work up until I hit submit. It closes the lightbox regardless of whether or not there are validation errors. Do you know how I would keep it from closing if there were errors?

What if you just put a simple link in the confirmation page and title it something like "Submit Another Request" and then just link it to the same page. That way the page reloads again and the form should show ready to go.

Hi, what would be the best way to handle this. I would like a confirmation message after form submit, but I also want people to have a clean form so they could submit again. I am using this for a request off of work form. People may submit five forms in the same session.
