Usually this happens because of a JavaScript issue with the theme and if so, you'll have to contact the theme developer. I chose this plugin because I want to make a form on multiple pages.</p> <p>Before installing "Gravity Form", I disable all other plugins. Then I installed "Gravity Form".</p> <p>As it is installed "Gravity Form" does not work well. The settings windows do not open properly.</p> <p>In the bottom of the left column of the WordPress dashboard, I see the code of CSS file "kallyas". Some lines of code also appear in the central page of the Wordpress dashboard.</p> <p>For testing, I disabled "Kallyas". I active "Twenty Eleven."
