Hmm, I'm not having this issue on my dev site.

Look at the output of the admin-ajax.php. You can do that from the net tab in firebug and see if there is anything strange in the response. Basically, inspect the response of the admin-ajax.php requests to see if there is any code that shouldn't be there.

Thanks for the reply, per your request...
Deactivated custom theme and activated twenty twelve - did not fix.
Deactivated all plugins except GF and RSC - did not fix.

Does the same thing happen if you disable all other plugins, it could be a conflict caused by a third plugin. http://rkt.gs/testing

Hi all, I have used these plugins together on countless sites and never have had this issue. After searching the forum it appears no one else has either so here it goes:

After activating Really Simple Captcha and after clicking add "Captcha" field, it does not add the new field or do anything else, and I get the following console error: http://cl.ly/Pzjp

Deactivating Really Simple Captcha makes it work properly again.

Running latest version of both wordpress and both plugins.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
