You didn't mention if you deactivated the theme also? Did you test it with the default WordPress theme activated? Themes can cause conflicts just like plugins if they aren't properly created.

If it's not a theme conflict and you are still having an issue, send us a WordPress admin login for this site via our Contact Us form and reference this forum thread and I can take a look at it.

Hmmm. I deactivated all of the plugins. I still have the problem.

Typically, I use Woothemes and have loved the match of Woothemes and Gravity Forms. This particular site, I went with Showcase from wpmudev.org. It's at http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/showcase-theme.

My site is http://www.web.trustedcoaching.org. Any suggestions on how to approach debugging the conflict with the theme would be very helpful. Otherwise, I'll have to avoid Gravity Forms or the new theme.

If you are unable to save a form then there is a Javascript conflict occurring. You will have to check for plugin or theme conflicts. Something is preventing the AJAX from functioning properly.

Though I've installed Gravity Forms and clicked "Network Activate," I can't seem to create a new form on a new site on my WPMU installation.

Any suggestions? I've created several forms, clicked save, and there's never a form saved.

I'm trying to put a contact form on http://web.trustedcoaching.org/about.
