			<description>&#60;p&#62;You can insert a form into either a page or post using the shortcode icon, in the toolbar just above the post/page editor.  It's explained here:&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;It's visible in this screenshot.  It blends in pretty well:&#60;br /&#62;

&#60;p&#62;Click that, select your form from the dropdown, decide if you want the title, description and ajax or not, and you're done.  The publish the page or post and view your form.
