Thank you. Ive actually figured out how to do it with the conditional logic. I created a drop down at the top with each of my shoot types. then I created a name entry for each of those shoot types and they only show up if that shoot type is selected. Then I can link each of those name forms to the correct mailing list.

You can either program conditional redirects using:
http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Gform_confirmation

Where they do the first form to select what they want, and then based on their selection they go to another form.

Or you can use conditional logic to show/hide elements on a single form.

If you use the first option, and set up a madmimi feed for each form, it should work as you expect. All my best!

I have a portrait studio and i want to create a contact form that has a drop down menu that has each other different types of shoots I offer. then when they choose the shoot type the form for that kind of shoot comes up. How can I do that? I also need each of these different forms to go to a different mailing list in madmimi. I know how to do that with the madmimi plug in just wondering if it will see each of those forms as a unique form so the name and email of the person will go to the right mailing list
