Thank you. That's all I needed. I got it working now. </p> <p>I had deactivated the other contact form I was using and had not changed the page. That's why you saw that code. I had no idea about that button for loading forms on the actual page. Like most widgets or plugins, they usually have an activate button and I thought once the form was created that it would create one of those activate buttons.
