You could do this as well by redirecting to a page using Gravity Forms, and then redirecting again using WordPress. We've allowed the option to redirect a user after submission into Gravity Forms which is different than the back button issue. We can't do anything about a user hitting back on their browser. This is an issue almost as old as the web itself. On any form, after you submitted, if you hit back, you'll get this message.
