If Gravity Forms is making separate entries in the admin, then it is doing its part. Example, I have a Joe Blow in my Highrise contacts. If a second Joe Blow comes along and enters his information on the form, his different information over-writes or merges with Joe Blow number 1s info in Highrise. </p> <p>They is the possibility that two different people with the same name will fill out the form. I need them to be different people in Highrise not merged together. Joe Blow 2 is his own person after all.</p> <p>Help! </p>
