			<description>&#60;p&#62;Thanks for the quick reply Kevin. I did try exporting, but the file saved as a .csv, not xml. Having looked at your screenshot, I see where I went wrong - I hasdn't seen the &#34;Export Forms&#34; options and I was exporting data.&#60;/p&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes, you can export your forms in XML format and import them into new WordPress installations. You would go to the &#34;Import/Export&#34; page from the Forms menu, export the forms you want and then go to the same page on the new site to import the forms you exported from the first installation.&#60;/p&#62;
