Can your friend export that form for you, and you use that as a starting point? It seems like a pretty straight forward form.

I created something similar with some scoring and rating:
http://gravity.chrishajer.com/leadership-iq-test/

There are other forum posts that discuss it as well.

If you need help with specific functionality, please create a new topic in the forum and we'll be glad to help you there. We try not to handle regular support topics in the pre-purchase forum. Thank you.

Hi,

The quiz function is the exact reason I purchased Gravity Forms as a friend of mine was able to do it on his site. One simple example is http://www.theuncertaintybook.com/creative-mindset-audit/

Please help out as soon as you can.

Thanks!
Scott

There is no timeframe. We are working on other development at the moment. That includes:

- Wrapping up Gravity Forms v1.6 for final release
- Authorize.Net Add-On
- Surprise Add-On (more on that soon)
- PayPal Pro Add-On
- Enhancements to the User Registration Add-On
- New WordPress Plugin

So currently the quiz plugin is not something we are working on. Until it's in active development any ETA I would give you would be pure guesswork. BUT it is something we plan on introducing in the future.

Add-Ons can always be created by 3rd party developers as well. There are 12-15 3rd party add-ons out there for Gravity Forms.

Bump, Please do give us a timeframe for a quiz plugin, especially as you said it would be easy once GF does multipage forms which it has done now for months! - We'd be happy to pay a significant premium for this add on, and it would be very popular with educators...

Do you have a time frame of when the quiz/exam feature might be available? We are developing some courses as part of our offerings and think that Gravity Forms is ideal for offering quiz and exam plugins, especially since gravity forms already has the multiple choice questions, radio buttons, check boxes, single lines, text areas, etc. I would also pay for this yesterday.

The confirmation page can show the user's responses. You can customize what text appears on the confirmation page, including outputting form field values using merge code style variables.

Actually - Round 1 and Round 2 are separate standalone requests. Round 1 is for a standalone one page quiz, with yes/no questions. Ideally, it would tally for me, but I can live without that. I understand that on submit, your forms can send an email with the form responses to the user.

Can it also display a web page with the user's responses?

I want a site visitor to be able to fill out a form/quiz, click submit, then have the page show the results as well as submit them to me. Really simple (I think!)

Currently multi-page forms are not supported. It is a feature that is on our roadmap. Once multi-page forms are supported it will make doing simple surveys easier as surveys typically work best as multi-page forms. In your example above Round 1 would be page 1 and Round 2 would be page 2 of the form and all the data would be submitted together.

I too am looking for a simple survey/quiz. I can live without calculation however I would like to be able to display the user's results on the page.

Round 1 Wish is just a simple 10-question, yes/no.

Round 2 Wish would be using multiple choice qtns. and being able to show the correct answer/user-selected answer in the results. People can tally up for themselves until you feel like adding that.

If it can do Round 1 then I am ready to buy! I love what you all are doing, and, for my purposes, the user-feedback functionality is high on the priority list.

Aloha,
