The XML file is for a form, not to populate the site content. I've used the New Blog Templates plugin from WPMU Dev (membership required): <a href="http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/new-blog-template/" rel="nofollow">http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/new-blog-template/</a></p> <p>And that works well for creating new sites in a multisite installation. I don't have any experience with other plugins which claim to do the same thing. I got a multi-site install setup with registration in no time with this add on. Here's my question...</p> <p>After a user is registered, I want a site to be created that has pages, menus, forms, pictures, etc. instead of a blank site.
