One is static, but the other two are dynamic based on what the user entered in the form. I don't think they are using an API in this instance. Just a simple parse of the incoming parameters. And if it sounds like I might not know what I'm talking about...there might be a reason. If so you would have to do this using available API hooks and custom PHP. You wouldn't change the form action which is handled by Gravity Forms.
