You will not have to recreate the form. The forms are not tied to the license and the forms will continue to work as they do today, even when the license expires.

I will not be upgrading the clients license where the form was created. I will be purchasing a separate Developer license apart from my clients license. I want to leave the form on the clients license on their website but make a copy for the Developer's license so I can use it many more times. I hope I don't have to recreate the form. It will then be under two licenses. Thanks

Yep. When you upgrade to a Developer License, your current license will be upgraded from the Personal to Developer. You can then reuse it on as many sites as you'd like. :)

I have developed a large form on a client site who owns a Personal Use license. I want to purchase the Developer license and want to copy the form to my site under the new Developer license while leaving the client form intact under their license. Is this possible?
