There is nothing built in to Gravity Forms to allow that, but a 3rd party developer has created this add-on which claims to do just that:

Is there a way to import entries that have been received via hard copy? Say via a csv file?

1. OK

2. OK. This could be a list of pages where your forms are embedded

3. OK

4. OK, but this will require some work on your part. The form will still need to be embedded in a page, possibly using a bare page template, then you can force the link to open in a lightbox. Getting the names of the previous signers in the background will require some work as well. There are no shortcuts to retrieving the names of previous signers. The functions exist, so you can get the list of names, but I am not sure what you mean about having them in the background.

5. Read and sign is OK. Submit is OK. You can refresh the page with the form in it and add the visitor's name to the list. This will require some work to get the popup to reload with the name and then go away at some point.

Not sure how you want to combine your online and offline submissions. You could always add the submission online after receiving a paper petition, so your online record would be complete.

We can help point you in the right direction if you get stuck. If you'd like to work with someone on putting all this together, you can create a post on our job board or any of the WordPress-related job sites out there.

I have a client who would like to create a website that would allow individuals to sign petitions online in the following fashion:

Visitor goes to site example.com

Sees a list of active petitions

clicks on the petition they would like to sign

Page opens with the petition text and form in a pop up window, with names of previous signers on the page in the background

Signer reads and signs the petition and after submitting, their name also appears on the page and the pop up window goes away

The client also receives petitions via the mail and would like to be able to add signatures manually to the signature page. Can anyone help me through setting this up? I believe based on reading the forums that it is possible, just not sure how to pull it all together.

Thanks!
