They're not available in the 1.4.5 release that you're using. You can download the stable release candidate from the downloads page and use that if you would like.</p> <p>If you don't want to upgrade to the 1.5 release candidate version right now, you can copy the ready class styles from the link below and add those to your theme stylesheet.
