&#60;p&#62;First let me apologize for contacting priority support.  I didn't see how to post to the forum.  And more to the point, I answered my own question.  Again, apologies.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Now, I have a related problem -- I have to create a product/quantity pair for a name your own price item, and I want the form to look like this Quantity@$myprice .  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Is there some way to do this?  All my attempts at getting the quantity and price fields on the same line have failed.&#60;/p&#62;
