Currently the only design resources we have are related to how to properly target and style form and field elements using CSS. You can find those resources here:

http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Design_and_Layout

The Targeting Samples area is very in depth and explains how to properly target and style elements. You would place any custom CSS you create in your themes stylesheet or your themes custom stylesheet if it has one.

The reason why we do not currently provide downloadable styles or "skins" is because we strongly believe that your WordPress theme should dictate the look, feel and design of your site. Plugins shouldn't do this, it's the themes job. This is why we work with WordPress theme developers to make sure Gravity Forms works properly with their themes and take it a step further and include Gravity Forms custom styles in their themes directly. This year we will be getting more proactive with this and getting more theme developers to do so.

Gravity Forms does not currently include lightbox functionality itself. But it can certainly work with other lightbox plugins. A form is just content so as long as you output the form within the content of the lightbox itself, it should work. You may need to enable AJAX on the form in this scenario.

Here is a tutorial that explains how to open a form in a lightbox using the Easy Fancybox plugin:

http://websitesetuppro.com/how-to-open-gravity-forms-form-in-a-lightbox/

The ability to display Gravity Forms in a modal window is something we have plans for in the future. We would like to introduce this as a built in option later this year.

What's the chance of you guys making a few forms with custom css and offering the code as a starting point? I'm trying to make my forms look good but I'm having a difficult time finding the right code to do what I'm wanting.

Here's my crappy form...
http://newsite.evangelag.org/get-involved/

Here's some examples of what I want to do...
http://my.cobblestonecn.com/
http://tutsplus.com/amember/login.php
https://www.geckoboard.com/sign-up/s/

*Finally, is there any way to add GF to a lightbox for Wordpress?
