I decided to use gf_inline, but I am running into a weird problem.

I have 3 fields all laid out on one line using gf_left_third, gf_middle_third, and gf_right_third rules. Then I have 5 fields all using the gf_inline rule.

Here is how it was rendered: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0e0nyum69.

City, State and ZIP were supposed to be on a line with equal-width text fields. And date of birth, age, gender, height and weight were supposed to be on one line, all using gf_inline.

By the looks of it, it seems that a break is required after gf_right_third (for the ZIP field), but I am not sure how to achieve it.

Please advise.

Are there any CSS Ready Classes available for 4 columns? What about for full width?
