Then I have 5 fields all using the gf_inline rule.</p> <p>Here is how it was rendered: <a href="http://awesomescreenshot.com/0e0nyum69" rel="nofollow">http://awesomescreenshot.com/0e0nyum69</a>.</p> <p>City, State and ZIP were supposed to be on a line with equal-width text fields.
