			<description>&#60;p&#62;yep, using 2 HTML fields at the very beginning of your form is going to be the easiest way to go using the Ready Classes.. just set up your labels/headers and then apply the right &#38;amp; left column classes. You could always specify an additional class name of your own, then apply special CSS rules to that for margins, backgrounds, or whatever you want to highlight the heading.
