What operating system, browser and browser version have you encountered this with? What is unusual is I don't think the text field for label or description have any javascript attached to them. So it would have to be the browser that is clearing those fields if it isn't javascript doing it.</p> <p>If you reload the page your changes are going to be gone anyway because they haven't been saved. Never reload the form editor without first saving your changes.
