The user email containing their password is a built in WordPress email. It is not a Gravity Forms email notification. It is the default WordPress new user email triggered by the functions used to create a user.

In order to customize those emails you need to use a plugin designed to customize the default WordPress emails. Here are a few options you can check out:

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-better-emails/

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/html-emails/

Hello,

I've managed to get the add-on installed. Works nice, users are created etc...

But I can't figure out how to customize the user registration confirmation email with the password on.

I've tried both generated passwords and custom user passwords.

When I try and edit the admin/user email notifications with-in the standard form notification editor (not in the user registration add-on section). It doesn't allow me to put in a password variable in the emails..

When I go to the user registration add-on section to edit my form, there is no options here for notification configuration. There is a tick box, that sends a email to user with the password, but I need a more detailed confirmation email, and also would like to change the 'from' field so its from me, instead of from wordpress.

Is there a secret variable that I can put into my notification emails to pull in the password?

Many thanks guys
