If it is not, you need to make sure on that custom field in Gravity Forms you have configured it so it has a custom field name (which is used to store the data).</p> <p>WordPress Custom Fields are WordPress functionality, not Gravity Forms functionality. You'll have to read up on how to use Custom Fields.
