			<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm creating a post with GF, and have a bunch of custom fields I'm using to populate the post. In the form I have 2 custom fields in particular (first_name - with ID=1 and last_name with ID=2) that would make a perfect post title. To avoid users having to add their name twice, I'm trying to use first_name and last_name as the form title (using Post field - title) but for some reason I can't figure out a merge code that'll populate the field. &#60;/p&#62;
