You can accomplish what you need to do using Gravity Forms. After your purchase we will be happy to help you in the regular support forums. Just add a new topic there. We don't handle support in the pre-purchase forum. Thank you.

Thanks for the quick reply! I'm using a theme with custom IDs for each home so that would work in letting me know the home the form is about.

Also I can't view the thread since I didn't purchase the form yet, hence the whole PRE purchase question. :)

I actually just discussed something similar on the following thread:
http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/integrating-gravityforms-into-current-theme

The premise is that Gravity Forms needs some kind of clue where the form is and would require some PHP to do. So if you had some kind of ID relating to the house they were viewing in a custom field, you could grab the information from that custom field and put it into a hidden field so that when they submit a form, you'll know what house they want information about. As for having a custom message above the form, you would be looking at some PHP code as well.

I was wondering if gravity forms would be able to show up on each post with a custom value in the message box. For example, I'm working on a Realtor site and each house is posted to the blog. I want a form with name, email, and a message box that says I would like more information about XXXX house.
