			<description>&#60;p&#62;Sure, you can recreate it with Gravity Forms but the layout is going to require a bit of custom CSS work to get it done. You'll have to target all the elements to float them into the single line layouts to emulate the grid.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It's a little work, but can be done if you want to invest a little time to pull it off.
