I need the field titles to appear inside the field like in the jpg. So people will know what is expected of them. I currently have the description over top of the field but we do not like this. It must also disappear when you click in the field, I tried to use default value but this was confusing to our test group. </p> <p>Let me know how much and how long it will take.<br /> Thank you </p>
