No, but it appears to be a hosting or WordPress issue as if I go straight to that URL I get a 404, so it's not a Gravity Forms specific issue.

I would check to make sure there isn't anything crazy going on in your .htaccess file that might be causing the permalinks to have problems.

This occurs on a page resolving to http://www.solidodesign.com/whitepaper-download/ when permalinks are on (Custom Structure of /%category%/%postname%/) and http://www.solidodesign.com/?page_id=1187 otherwise.

Neither text confirmations, nor page redirects, nor other redirects (file or other website) show up when this custom permalink structure is in place.

Are there other settings that could be affecting the way this should work?

The other post didn't have to do with WordPress permalink settings, it had to do with custom permalink settings that were done outside of WordPress using scripting.

Changing your permalink structure shouldn't impact Gravity Forms other than you may have to update the link used for the redirect for that form.

If the link works if you go straight to it, it should work from within Gravity Forms.

Any suggestions on solving this problem? This isn't a plugin issue but with Wordpress itself, and I can consistently reproduce the issue.

Installed Gravity Forms, love it. Use a redirect to a pdf file to allow visitors to download a file after filling in some information.

Later, I changed my Permalink settings in Wordpress from Default to Custom with

/%category%/%postname%/
as the formatting choice.

Now, the redirect from Gravity Forms does not work.

This topic was similar, but didn't propose a workaround and was using IIS.
